Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy 

Thanks for shopping at Arène! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Please read our return policy below.
2. Complete ALL details on the Return Form below.
3. Once approved, pack and ship item(s).
4. Upon arrival, we will notify you via e-mail our final decision based on inspection of item.
 

Returns

· Only a store credit (no money returns) will be issued for returns minus shipping fees. (Expires in 1 year and be used in a single purchase.)

· Any item bought with the “return credit” will be final sale.

· You can return your purchase within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

· You’re eligible for a return if your item is new, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags attached and free of damage. It has to be in its original packaging.

· Items in the 'Sale' and 'Basics (Buy 1, Get 1 50% off)' section are Final Sale Items. 

· Non-returnable items: Vintage clothing, bodysuits, gift cards & sale items (also includes basics in buy 1, get 1 50% off) .

 

Shipping

· Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. However, for your convenience, we will provide the return label, and will be deducted from the store credit.

· Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location or hand it to the mailman.

· Return labels should be scanned by the carrier within 7 days after received. After that period, all unused labels will be void.

· Shipping fees are non-refundable.

· Arène is NOT responsible for any delay, lost, wrong delivered or stolen packages that may happen with the postal service.

 

Refund

· Once we receive your returned purchase we will inspect it and notify you via e-mail that we’ve received it and we’ll also let you know if your refund (store credit- no money return) was approved or rejected. 

· We reserve the right to refuse the returned item if the conditions stated above are not met. We will proceed to return the package to the sender if denied for return.

· If the return is approved, we will issue a store credit for original amount paid for the item excluding shipping fees.

· Please allow 1-3 business days to process your store credit, which will be sent via email.

 Shipping Policy

· We offer free shipping on all domestic orders (Puerto Rico and U.S.). However, this offer does not apply to international shipping clients.

       o P.R.: 1 - 3 business days

       o U.S.: 3 - 4 business days

· Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. (Monday – Saturday).

· Once your order has been shipped your tracking information will be provided via e-mail.

· Shipping addresses cannot be changed once order is placed.

· Arène is NOT responsible for any delay, lost, wrong delivered or stolen packages that may happen. If this occurs, please contact USPS.

 

 COVID-19

· Packages may require more time to be processed and delivered due to the increased demand from the postal service as a result from the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.
